Terms of use
These terms cover BYGO / Before You Go, provided by Khalid Almutairi. For help, contact support@bygoapp.com. The app's license is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Using BYGO
Keep your account credentials secure and use the app lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person's records or interfere with the service. BYGO helps organize personal location alerts and time records. It is not an emergency service, a safety guarantee, or certified proof of attendance.
Location alerts and records
Alerts depend on your permissions, device settings, location accuracy, battery conditions and iOS background behavior. They may be delayed or unavailable. Review your records before relying on them. Cloud sync is optional and requires a connection; avoid editing the same running session on multiple devices at the same time.
Trial and subscriptions
The app provides a 48-hour trial starting with initial signed-in use on the device. It does not restart when you sign out. After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription. Monthly and yearly options and their localized prices are displayed before purchase. Payment and renewal are handled by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account settings. You can restore purchases from within the app. Refund requests are handled through Apple, subject to applicable rights and policies.
Account and service changes
You can request account deletion from inside the app, including after the trial ends. Deletion is permanent and does not cancel a subscription. We may update the app and these terms; the current revision date is shown above. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
